I saw an ad on facebook and wanted to see what it was about. I heard about the sport before, and I thought it would be great to meet some badass women who actually do it. Plus, what was the harm in trying?
What I love most about derby is that it's for EVERYONE. Whether you are a skater or not, there is always some way to be involved and you are still vital to the team's success. EVERYONE comes from different backgrouinds, and yet we can all come together and show our passion ouit on the track.
Carpe Diem. I try to live by this. I never want to end the day with regrets.
